Terms of Service

Parlo is operated by KOLEGIO d.o.o., Voćarska cesta 20, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia ("Parlo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Parlo. If you don't meet this requirement, please do not use the service.

Parlo is an AI assistant that runs over WhatsApp and connects to your Google account. It can read, classify, summarize, search, draft, and send email on your behalf; create calendar events (with Google Meet links) and tasks; resolve contact names; deliver reminders; and transcribe voice notes you send on WhatsApp.

AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing any draft, summary, or proposed action before it is sent or confirmed. Treat Parlo's output as a useful first pass, not a final answer.

You're responsible for your account, the credentials you use to access it (via our authentication partner Clerk), and the WhatsApp number paired with Parlo. Keep them secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use Parlo to:

• break any law or violate anyone's rights;
• send spam, phishing, harassment, or other abusive messages;
• interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service;
• process data you don't have the right to process.

When you connect your Google account, you authorize Parlo to access and act within the scopes you grant — including sending email, creating calendar events, and creating tasks on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Parlo relies on third-party services, including Google (Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, Contacts), WhatsApp / Meta Platforms, and our AI providers (Anthropic, Groq). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or for any changes they make.

Parlo uses AI to generate text, summaries, classifications, and suggestions. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. We make no warranty about the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content. Always review before acting.

Parlo is currently free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will give you advance notice and you will not be charged without your consent. Payments would be processed by Stripe.

We own the Parlo software, brand, and content (excluding your data and Google data). Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Parlo for your personal or internal business purposes.

You keep all rights to your own content (your emails, messages, voice notes, and data we hold on your behalf).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parlo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KOLEGIO d.o.o. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of Parlo. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (for example, for gross negligence or intent).

You can stop using Parlo at any time by revoking Google access, unpairing WhatsApp, or requesting account deletion at hello@getparlo.io.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. On termination, your stored data is deleted from our systems, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Your continued use of Parlo after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts in Zagreb, Croatia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service. Mandatory consumer rights under your local law are not affected.
